Thank YOU for not taking offense at my observation. When I saw you were in grad school, I assumed that you had the "safety of the ivory tower"... but I know that "out there" in business, the competition is different and intolerance greater. Oh, and my DD is a pretty awful speller (creative though!) and didn't get faithful about spell check until she was getting her MBA. Best wishes! And happy journaling.
